Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League offers indoor soccer with 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 game formats. The program includes competitive play for all levels and hosts teams from many different clubs.

Founded in 2007, Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League is described as Chicago's premier indoor soccer league for U8–U19 boys and girls. The league hosts 800+ teams and 10,000–12,000 youth players annually, with 60+ clubs participating. Its stated mission is to create an environment where every youth soccer player in Chicagoland has the opportunity to play in a structured, supportive setting during Chicago’s winter season.
The league uses USSF certified referees and provides on-site managers, along with up-to-date scores and standings. Fall league divisions and team records are carefully considered when placing teams into CISL brackets. Chicago Fire FC has acquired Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League from its founder and operator, John Niestrom, and CISL partners with several indoor facilities that feature no boards and quality indoor turf.
