• Ages: 8–18 years old

Founded in 2007, Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League states its mission as creating an environment where every youth soccer player in Chicagoland has the opportunity to play in a structured, supportive setting during Chicago’s winter season. The league hosts 800+ teams and 10,000–12,000 youth players annually, with 60+ clubs and 800+ teams participating. CISL offers competitive play for all levels, including 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats across seven top-quality, centrally located indoor facilities that use quality indoor turf and have no boards. The league notes that fall league divisions and team records are carefully considered when placing teams into brackets, and that premier facilities, quality competition, USSF certified referees, on-site managers, and up-to-date scores and standings are part of its operations.

Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League is now operated by Chicago Fire FC, which acquired the league from its founder and operator, John Niestrom. The league is adding new locations and new formats for the 2025–2026 winter season, including bringing 7v7 games to the Max McCook location and the TOCA Naperville location, bringing 5v5 and 7v7 games to Orland Hills Community Center, and bringing 5v5, 7v7, and 9v9 games to the GO PRO Dome in Shorewood, Illinois, as well as adding Sundays. The Bridgeview Dome Facility is designated for the highest level of play, the Romeoville Athletic and Event Center is designated for all levels of play, and Orland Hills Community Center, TOCA Naperville, Max McCook, ARC Woodridge, and GO PRO Dome are designated for mid to lower or lower to mid level teams. The league invites teams and clubs to join the 700–800 teams expected to participate in the 2025–2026 Chicagoland Indoor Soccer Winter Season.
