Palatine Celtic Soccer Club Youth Programs includes the Celtic Jr Academy, the Recreational Program, the Competitive Program, and several camps and clinics. • Celtic Jr Academy — U3-U4, U5-U6; open to boys and girls, Pre-K, K and 1st grade; ages 3-4 and 5-7 · Progressive developmental curriculum focused on technical skills, confidence, creativity, and simulated games/scrimmages.
• Recreational Program — From U7; boys and girls ages 4-18 · Volunteer coach-based program with fall and spring seasons, an in-house league and tournament, and summer camps in June and July.
• Competitive Program — From U8; boys and girls ages 4-18 · Year-round player-focused development with USSF Licensed Professional Coaches.
• Celtic Junior Academy Summer Series — U3-U6, all players · Summer series for players to enjoy their summer with a soccer ball; basic soccer fundamentals and fun backyard games.
• Celtic Skill & Small Group Games Camp — Recreational players only, K-5th grade this fall · Teaching technical abilities such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting; includes basic rules and small group games.
• Skill Development Camp & Shooting/Finishing Camp — U8-U14 this fall, travel/club players only · Ball manipulation, cutting, turning, changing direction while dribbling, and striking the ball with power and accuracy.
• CLUB/TRAVEL Shooting, Finishing, Ball Striking & Small group games to attack Big Goals — U12-U15 this fall, travel/club players only · More advanced camp focused on shooting, finishing, and ball striking technique.
• Celtic Goalkeeper Shot Blocking & Small Group games while defending Big Goals — U12-U15 this fall, all players · Goalkeeper camp focused on saving shots from close range, body positioning, angles, strong hands, parrying, tipping, and staying calm under pressure.
• House Recreation Skill Development & Small Sided Scrimmages Camp — Recreational players only, 2nd-6th grade this fall · Technical abilities, rules, positions, and small sided scrimmages.
• Advanced Skill Development & Encouraging Attacking Play — U8-U12, travel/club players only · Advanced technical abilities including dribbling to beat a player, creativity with the ball, and learning when to dribble vs. pass.
• Ball Mastery & Attacking the Ball Camp — 2nd-6th grade this fall, all players · Dribbling, juggling, 1v1 dribbling, ball control, and applying ball mastery to go to goal.
• Field Player Shooting, Crossing, & Finishing + Celtic Goalkeeper Academy Camp — U13-U19 this fall, travel/club players only · For goalkeepers and field players; skills related to crossing, finishing, ball striking, defending air balls, and reading the flight of the ball.

Refunds will not be offered after 1 week prior to the start of each camp week. Registration ends at 5pm on the Sunday before each camp is to begin. Approved refunds will be applied as a household credit unless otherwise requested; if another form of refund is requested, a $6.00 processing fee will be applied.
