Park Forest Tennis & Health Club Tennis Lessons offers tennis lessons with professional tennis instruction, tennis leagues, and both group and private lessons for youth, tournament-level juniors, and adults. The program includes specific youth groups such as Aces, Futures, Challengers, and High School Prep, as well as adult tennis lessons at two levels. Participants also have access to instructional tennis videos that cover tennis forehand, backhand, serving, returning a serve, volleys, and doubles, along with fitness videos that focus on cardio, core, legs, abs, and butt workouts.

• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday 7:30 am–9:00 pm, Saturday 7:30 am–6:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am–6:00 pm
The Aces program (ages 5–8) focuses on motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and introduces stroke mechanics. The Futures program (ages 8–10) is for beginner to intermediate players and works on rallying, footwork, and tracking the ball. The Challengers program (ages 10–13) is for juniors who already understand tennis strokes and are moving to and consistently hitting the ball, with stroke mechanics and movement reinforced and improved. The High School Prep program (ages 10–17) is for players looking to develop skills to help make a tennis team and to better understand singles and doubles.
The facility includes six indoor tennis courts with LED lighting, a fitness area, saunas in each locker room, a courtside lounge, tennis and racquet stringing, and a pro shop. The Park Forest Tennis and Health Club is described as a family-oriented facility that offers professional tennis lessons for kids as young as 5 years of age to seniors. Adults are offered two different lesson levels: Level 1 for beginners and Level 2 for those who want to refine their knowledge of the game.
