Park Forest Tennis & Health Club Tennis Lessons offers group and private tennis lessons with professional tennis instruction. The program includes tennis leagues, tennis and racquet stringing, and access to a fitness area, saunas, a courtside lounge, and a pro shop. Kids and teens can join age-based tennis programs such as Aces (ages 5–8), Futures (ages 8–10), Challengers (ages 10–13), and High School Prep (ages 10–17), and there are also adult tennis lessons available.

• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday 7:30 am–9:00 pm, Saturday 7:30 am–6:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am–6:00 pm; closing time may change based on court usage
Park Forest Tennis and Health Club has served numerous local communities as a regional facility for over 30 years and is described as a family-oriented facility. The facility is a municipal facility with six indoor tennis courts with LED lighting and offers professional tennis instruction and leagues, tennis and racquet stringing, and a pro shop. It is described as a premier Chicago Southland tennis venue and has proven to have some of the best adult tennis teams in the Chicagoland region. Professional instructors are described as top-notch players who take a personal interest in each player, regardless of level of play. The program also offers instructional tennis videos on forehand, backhand, serving, returning a serve, volleys, and doubles, along with instructional fitness videos for cardio, core, legs, abs, and butt.
