Miss Laura's School of Dance Summer Programs

Miss Laura's School of Dance Summer Programs offers evening summer classes, summer dance lessons, summer intensives, themed camps, and summer dance intensives. Program options include Tiny Tot Dance, Creative Movement, recreational dance, competition dance, private dance lessons, adult dance lessons, and birthday dance parties. Themed camps include dancing, activities, and fun, and more themed camps can be added to the schedule if there is enough interest.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: The summer session runs 4–6 weeks, with classes meeting once a week for 45 minutes; intensives run Monday–Friday with 4–5 hours of dancing each day, and each themed camp is 60–90 minutes long.

Miss Laura's School of Dance opened its doors on August 1, 2012. The program is led by owners Miss Laura, who handles dance program inquiries, and Mr. Dan, who handles business and account inquiries. The school states that dancing is an outlet for emotion and creativity and that its goal is to build a solid technical foundation and inspire a passion for dance which allows dancers to pursue their dreams. It states that it will provide children of all ages the opportunity to learn how to dance, build confidence, and make friends, with many styles of dance and programs for any level of interest. The school states that it offers affordable prices and that it provides quality dance education in an honest, respectful, and welcoming environment, and that it provides a positive environment for children of any age, ability, gender, race, or socioeconomic status to learn the art of dance.
