Inspirations Dance and Tumbling offers Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Poms, Musical Theatre, and a range of tumbling classes, including Parent Tot, Mini, Beginner, and Intermediate Tumbling. Seasonal sessions for Inspirations Dance and Tumbling are held in the Aerobics Room. Poms are provided for Poms Classes.

The program is led by Inspirations Dance and Tumbling Director Gwen Loyd, with overall lifestyle programming overseen by Lifestyle Director Michelle Arvanitakis. The broader leadership team also includes Community Manager (Master HOA) Natalie Suarez, Executive Assistant Hanna Blank, and Administrative Assistant Ruth Nava. The Kids Club is described as inexpensive childcare while residents use Center amenities and is available for $2.00 per visit per child.
