Education Programs

Education Programs include Summer Camps for Grades K-3, Field Trips, and Learning Labs. Learning Labs are hands-on sessions added to field trips or group visits and are led by a Kidzeum educator. Summer Camps run June 8 through July 31, 2026, from 8:30am to 3:30pm each day, with no camp on June 19 or July 4.

About the provider

Kidzeum was founded in 1992, acquired 412 E. Adams in 2013, broke ground in 2017, and opened on July 21, 2018. Its mission is creating experiences of learning and discovery through play. National Science Foundation support helps shape future programming, and Kidzeum’s historic building is on the National Register of Historic Places. Kidzeum also partners with schools and community organizations, and its outreach programs bring STEAM learning into schools and the community.

Summer Camps for 2026 have concluded. Registrations are for each individual week and cannot be broken up by day. Member discount is 10% off. Sibling discount code SIBLING gives 10% off for two of the same camp week. Refunds are available on a sliding scale: 85% until April 20, 70% until May 11, 50% until May 25; after that, 50% refunds are available if canceled two or more weeks before camp start; no refunds within two weeks of camp or for no-shows.
