Wee Otter Swim Camp includes swimming lessons, activities, snacks, and free swim. Children take part in a 4 day swim camp that meets for 2.5 hours each day. Swimmers are split into two groups, Otters and Pups, based on swim abilities at the start of the week, and snacks and drinks are provided. Families are asked to send a light lunch with each child, and any rain days are made up the following week.

The program is part of the St. Charles Park District, whose mission is to enrich quality of life through excellence in programs, parks, facilities and services. Leadership for this program includes Tiffany Kohorst, Aquatic Supervisor, and Rosie Edwards, Assistant Superintendent of Recreation. The St. Charles Park District supports fundraising events for community organizations.
