Front Street Dance

Front Street Dance offers Tic Tok and K-Pop Dance, Pee Wee and Mini Ballet/Hip Hop, Pee Wee and Mini Ballet/Tap, Sampler Platter, and Levels I to IV Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz and Hip Hop. Sampler Platter includes Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop each week, and the Pee Wee and Mini classes each split time between 20 minutes of Ballet and 20 minutes of Hip Hop or Tap.

Programs

• Pee Wee and Mini Ballet/Hip Hop — Combo class with 20 minutes of Ballet and 20 minutes of Hip Hop.
• Sampler Platter — Try different dance classes each week, including Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop.
• Pee Wee and Mini Ballet/Tap — Combo class with 20 minutes of Ballet and 20 minutes of Tap.
• Levels I to IV Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz and Hip Hop — Technique classes that progress dancers from beginner to advanced levels; placement is based on experience and age.
• Adult Tap — Adult · For dancers looking to keep moving and get that heart rate up; good for balance and overall coordination.
• Adult Ballet — Adult · A way to increase balance; described as a great anaerobic form of exercise to reduce stress and increase mindfulness.

About the provider

Front Street Dance is a 501c3 not for profit dance school that has served the Wheaton/Winfield community since 2010. The leadership team includes Ms. Lynn, the studio manager and master teacher; Ms. Brandi, a dance teacher and competition assistant manager; Ms. Tessa, a dance teacher; and Ms. Emma, a dance teacher. The studio says it is dedicated to a positive, encouraging environment and to supporting dancers as students and as whole people.

Nonprofit, family centered training from toddlers through adults. Program is for competitive and recreational dancers. Some classes are a mix of both and some are just competitive students.
