Confidence Club Martial Arts Taekwondo Programs

Confidence Club Martial Arts Family Taekwondo Program includes warm-up, technical training, forms or curriculum practice, a life skill challenge, and wrap-up and recognition in each 45-minute class. The program recommends training twice a week. It is for children, teens, and adults, and it is described as perfect for parents and children ages 8+; no experience is required.
