Basketball & Beyond focuses on learning the fundamentals of basketball through weekly practice and Saturday games. Participants work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and game strategies with coaches who lead regular practices. The program includes games where every child gets playing time and coaches emphasize encouragement and teamwork in a Christ-centered environment.

It is connected with a leadership team that includes Steve Yeaton (Senior Minister), Tim Bond (Executive Minister), Eric Radecki (Worship Minister), Josiah Been (Discipleship Minister), Kendall Yeaton (Student Minister), Cara Been (Children's Minister), Emily Reed (Next Gen Assistant), Tammy Hendricks (Weekday Preschool Director), Christy Farrell (Communications Director), Linda Barringer (Financial Officer), Dave Woodall (Facilities Manager), Lisa Bush (Weekday Preschool Assistant), Kathie Hannum (Administrative Assistant), and Vania Starr (Administrative Assistant). The program’s mission states that it aims to be a community of devoted followers of Jesus, committed to growing in faith and helping others do the same by sharing His love and building a lasting legacy of discipleship. The broader organization is involved in serving others in the Columbus community, across the nation, and around the globe.
