Columbus Parks & Recreation Youth Soccer offers recreational soccer through a youth soccer league with both Spring and Fall seasons. The program includes a 2025 Spring Youth Soccer League and a 2025 Fall Youth Soccer League, each built around scheduled league games on Saturday mornings.

• Schedule: Spring and Fall youth soccer seasons, each consisting of six games played on Saturday mornings
• Price: 2025 Spring Youth Soccer League: $68; register by January 10 and save $10. 2025 Fall Youth Soccer League: $68; register by June 6, 5pm and save $10.
The program offers Spring and Fall youth soccer seasons for boys and girls ages 4 through high school seniors in Spring 2025 and for boys and girls ages 3 through high school seniors in Fall 2025. Division offerings include Co-Ed Under 5, Co-Ed Under 6, Co-Ed Under 18, Girls Under 8, Boys Under 8, Girls Under 10, Boys Under 10, Girls Under 14, and Boys Under 14. For Spring 2025, divisions are determined by age on July 31, 2024, and all children must be 4 years of age by January 31, 2025. For Fall 2025, divisions are determined by age on July 31, 2025, and all children must be 3 years of age by July 31, 2025.
The Columbus Parks & Recreation Department states that its mission for this program is to ensure that each participant registered has a safe, fun, and enriching experience with soccer. The Columbus Parks and Recreation Board and the department operate under the provision of the “Indiana Parks and Recreation Law” (IC 36-10-3) in accordance with City Ordinance. The program follows a Youth Sport Code of Conduct for participants, coaches, and parents and uses the Remind notification system to alert participants of cancellations and closures due to weather. Scholarships are available to qualifying families for all youth activities and sports through the Chuck Wilt Youth Scholarship Fund. Soccer referee opportunities are available for individuals 14 years of age or older, with a required orientation. Mary K.
