Columbus Youth Camp Summer Programs include activities such as a zip line, team challenge course, paddling on the lake, swimming, hiking on trails, playing games, and water fun. Campers can take part in STEM and STEAM activities, 3D projects, sports, arts, cooking, outdoor adventure, daily academic enrichment in reading and math, and social-emotional learning. The program also uses a mountain bike trail as part of its activities.

Columbus Youth Camp has provided fun, laughter, and learning since 1935. Foundation For Youth, which offers a wide range of programs including sports leagues, out of school activities, camps, prevention, and mentoring services, has been a community pillar for youth and families across Bartholomew County and beyond since 1928. The mission of Foundation For Youth is “To Inspire and Enable Our Youth, Our Community.” At Foundation For Youth, having staff certified through the Child and Youth Care Certification Board (CYCCB) reflects a commitment to rigorous professional standards in youth development, relationship building, crisis intervention, and ethical practice. Foundation For Youth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and STAY Youth is designated a Platinum Level participant, indicating a high level of transparency.

M.E.T.A.S. (Making Education Thrive Around Summertime), a partnership between Foundation For Youth and Su Casa Columbus, focuses on preventing summer learning loss for Latino students in Bartholomew County and provides free transportation, meals, and culturally responsive support.
