About
Jubilee Farm Studio Art Programs offers Summer Art Camp on the Farm, art parties, homesteading classes, and school field trips. Every art class includes a garden and farm tour at the Creative Arts Studio on a little regenerative farm.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Price: Our self-serve donation based road-side stand is open July-October. In the summer months, take a drive out to our donation based roadside stand- fill up a grocery bag with our produce- you can take whatever you need and pay whatever you can.
In 2019, the founders built Jubilee Farm Studio as a regenerative homestead that uses farming practices focused on rebuilding soil organic matter, restoring biodiversity, and improving land health, with the goal of working with the ecosystem. The space is designed for people of any age to gather, learn about regenerative homesteading, hug animals, and explore art mediums. The farm includes pet-friendly dwarf goats and opportunities to visit horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, bunnies, and sheep, and many four-legged residents are rescues whose jobs are to eat and make compost. The homestead uses no-mow zones for pollinators and wildlife, no-till gardening, no pesticides, no weed spraying, and all compost is made in-house.
Elijah is a builder and a home inspector, and Abbi is a mural artist and aspiring soil nerd; their child Cecelia Joon is described as their feral child who loves animals and has a big imagination. The art studio financially supports the farm by helping pay for feed, vet bills, tractor parts, and other needs. Every dollar from the donation-based roadside stand goes back into caring for the land and animals, and every class and birthday party draws the community out to the farm to learn and create.
