The Training Ground Soccer Program

The Training Ground Soccer Program offers soccer along with basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, speed and agility, and multi-sport training. The program uses age-appropriate formats and emphasizes fundamentals and high-rep learning over trophies and hype. It includes programming for athletes at every level, from first-timers to future college players.

• Price: Once-a-Week ($65/month); Twice-a-Week ($95/month); Unlimited ($120/month); Extreme Athlete ($150/month)

The Training Ground Soccer Program follows a mission to offer clear structure, consistent programming, and meaningful mentorship starting with kids as young as 4 and supporting them through high school. It has a special focus on kids ages 4 to 8 with fun, structured programming and teaches leadership, accountability, teamwork, and resilience in every session. The program hires high schoolers to mentor and coach younger athletes and offers an expanded Leadership Program for teens with paid coaching opportunities for athletes 14 and up. It trains in collaboration with local schools and has partnerships with the Franklin Community School system and the Franklin Community Soccer Association. The Training Ground is developing a platform called Coaching the Coach to equip youth coaches with leadership training and focuses on keeping programs affordable and accessible.
