Goshen College Community School of the Arts offers private music lessons for all ages, including piano lessons and group classes through the Piano Pedagogy Lab Program. The program includes vocal and instrumental ensembles such as CSA Choirs, CSA Orchestras, vocal ensembles, instrumental groups, and the Youth Honors Orchestra program. It also offers Music Together classes, including Free Baby Classes for birth to 8 months, Family Classes for birth to age 5, Rhythm Kids™ for grades K–2, and Music Together Demo Classes, as well as summer private lessons.

ECoSistema, connected with Goshen College Community School of the Arts, is a music and youth development program making music education more accessible for Elkhart County youth and families. Goshen College Music Together and Triple P partnership fosters early relational health in Elkhart County. Hillary Harder oversees ECoSistema, Music Together, the Youth Honors Orchestra program, and the Community School of the Arts choir program.
The leadership team includes Jeshua Franklin, Executive Director of the Goshen College Music Center; Marcia Yost, Goshen College Director of the Arts: Engagement and Outreach and Interim Director of the CSA; Mary Rose Norell, Community School of the Arts Private Lesson Program Director and CSA Director; Hillary Harder, Community School of the Arts and ECoSistema Program Director; and Dustin T. George-Miller, Office Coordinator. Dr. Jeshua Franklin holds undergraduate degrees in music from Modesto Junior College and Bethel University, and master’s and doctoral degrees in choral conducting from Bowling Green State University and the University of Washington. Marcia Yost holds a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Indianapolis and an M.M from Western Michigan University. Hillary Harder is a 2015 graduate of Goshen College with a dual concentration in voice and violin and a Spanish double major, and holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Longy School of Bard College. Dustin George-Miller is a 1998 Goshen College alumnus with a BA in Music and Music Education and completed coursework for a graduate degree in musicology at the University of Notre Dame. Hillary Harder was awarded the honor of Elementary Teacher of the Year for Elkhart Community Schools.
Sauder Concert Hall has been described by visiting artists as having incredibly warm and true acoustics and as one of the great halls of the world. It has been called a jewel of a hall and one of the best in the country, a lovely space with an intimate feel and glowing acoustics, and a beautiful place to “swing.” Entrances and spaces within the Music Center are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
