JPAC Gymnastics & Cheer Programs offers preschool gymnastics classes, recreational gymnastics classes, a Team JPAC gymnastics training program, JPAC Radiance All Star Cheerleading competitive cheerleading, tumbling, camps, events, a College Combine, and Regional Camps. All recreational classes are 1 hour in length.

• Ages: 1–17 years old
• Schedule: Hours of operation Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM; all recreational classes are 1 hour in length.

JPAC Gymnastics & Cheer Programs includes recreational and competitive gymnastics, All Star cheer, tumbling, and special events in a 25,000 square foot athletic training center. The facility has state of the art training equipment, a designated section to accommodate preschool classes, and separate training areas for preschool classes that allow for full parent viewing. Recreational classes have small class sizes, and Team JPAC is described as a highly structured gymnastics training program. JPAC Radiance All Star Cheerleading offers competitive cheerleading opportunities for all ages and abilities, and athletes in this program are stated to learn life skills such as integrity, teamwork, commitment, and communication.

JPAC was founded in 2010 by 1996 Olympic Champion Jaycie Phelps, along with co-founders Jack Phelps and Dave Marus. Jaycie Phelps was a member of the 1996 Olympic gold medal U.S. women's gymnastics team known as the Magnificent Seven and is described as a 1996 Olympic gold champion. JPAC is described as the home of Olympian Jaycie Phelps, and Jaycie now coaches alongside her husband, Dave. JPAC was founded in order to provide the Indianapolis area with the highest level of training and has continued to provide the greater Indianapolis area with a place where athletes can train and compete at a high level in the sport of gymnastics. JPAC states that it focuses on clean and safe techniques, offers a fun and productive environment giving kids confidence in their progress, and prides itself on offering an environment where gymnasts can learn proper technique, have fun, and be part of a winning program with top-notch coaching. JPAC describes its staff as knowledgeable, and its mission notes that Team JPAC is designed to help gymnasts realize their full potential with a focus on technically strong fundamentals to increase longevity, health, and future success.
