The program was founded by Pete and Chandi Robinson, and Chad and Lynn Ford joined the leadership in 2016. The stated mission is that, while the focus is gymnastics, the ultimate goal is to teach each child self-confidence and life skills that will help them be successful in life beyond gymnastics, and this is described as being at the core of everything done at Indiana Gymnastics Center.
Indiana Gymnastics Center joined forces with Tiffany's Dance & Cheer. The program offers mobile access to family accounts through a Parent Portal and the iClassPro mobile app for Apple and Android devices. Indiana Gymnastics Center is hiring energetic and athletic coaches for recreational and Ninja classes, with experience working with children preferred, and notes that it trains staff, offers discounts on classes for employees' kids, flexible hours, and a work environment that includes employee outings and parties.
