Children of America Preschool & Early Education Programs is a nationally accredited preschool with curriculum integrating STEM, fitness, character education, and creativity. The program uses the exclusive Mind & Body Matters™ curriculum, which supports the whole child socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically from infancy through Pre-K. It is corporately owned and operated, with structured programming and high standards across every location, and offers whole-child learning guided by national standards and tailored to each community. The program also offers Before and After School Care for school-age children and a COA Summer Camp with a fun, educational childcare experience.
Families receive digital updates through a parent app so they can stay connected every day, and the facilities include secure, modern spaces with enhanced safety protocols and video monitoring. Nutrition and wellness programs are part of the experience, and families can also access “Minute with Ted: Family Edition,” a monthly video update from CEO Ted Hockenberry. The staff includes caring, credentialed teachers dedicated to early learning success and experienced, professional educators. Children of America is a family owned and operated business since 1998, and the leadership team includes Executive Directors Beth Fletcher, Katie Retterer, Tiffany Clarke, Corrie Garrison, Lori Jamison, Carrie Brunat, Kate Santino, and Yvette Vanna across multiple states. The stated mission is that Children of America offers families a trusted, high-quality early education experience.
