Gymnastics Unlimited offers recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, All Star Cheer, Ninjazone, cheerleading, tumbling, birthday parties, field trips, open gyms, private gym rental, Ninja activities, and fitness. The program uses small class sizes, including Parent and Tot at 10:1, 3/4 Beginner and Intermediate at 6:1, 3/4 Advanced at 7:1, and other classes at 9:1. Families can join at any time as long as a spot is open in the class, and if they join in the middle of an eight-week recreational session, tuition is prorated for the remaining weeks.

• Schedule: Class and program options are available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. The listed cost for recreational programs covers an eight-week session.
If a child misses a class during a session, the program offers a pass to attend an open gym for free, where staff use the time to work on skills, instead of attending another class during the week. Families may receive up to two open gym passes per session, and these must be obtained during that same session. Gymnastics Unlimited also offers a free trial class, and families can enroll through the customer portal or call to schedule.
The main building is a 20,000 square foot facility that includes two Olympic-size competition spring floors, five in-ground pits, a 42-inch in-ground trampoline, an in-ground channel bar, a preschool gym, a fitness room, a viewing area for parents with bleacher seating, a pro-shop, and a party room. A separate 6,000 square foot Cheer and Ninjazone gym includes a regulation-size spring floor, a 40-foot tumble track, a 30-foot air track, an air wedge, a 40’x40’ foam floor resin mat, a NinjaZone 12-piece obstacle course, a 12-foot-high ninja warped wall, and a Ninja Rig measuring 30 feet by 15 feet.
The cheer staff at Gymnastics Unlimited are USASF Athlete Protection Certified, USASF SafeSport Trained, and CPR certified, and all NinjaZone instructors are Ninja Sport International (NSI) certified. Kelly Doyle Day is the owner and founder of Gymnastics Unlimited, which opened in 1996, with the current gym built in 2003. The program states that it provides training for gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, Ninja, and fitness in a state-of-the-art facility and that it aims for every individual to feel confident, motivated, and more than just another customer.
