All classes include curriculum and three healthy meals each day.

REACH Early Learning is described as a safe, clean, loving, and high quality preschool environment that is as diverse as the community surrounding Fletcher Place Community Center. The mission of REACH Early Learning is to build a preschool environment that encourages children ages 6 weeks–5 to recognize their value and reach for their full potential, while respecting and valuing differences in each child’s interests, developmental needs, and personality, and celebrating different family, cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. A highly qualified staff, including full-time early childhood educators, provide personal attention and professional child care with educational opportunities that address each child's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

REACH Early Learning is associated with Fletcher Place Community Center and acknowledges donors and partners such as Second Helpings, United Way of Central Indiana, Early Learning Indiana, and others for supporting efforts to break the cycle of poverty. The Preschool Scholarship Fund offers financial support to help families cover the cost of two years of early education. The program notes that it is located just east of Fountain Square on Prospect Street, with a parking lot off of State Avenue.
