USAI Soccer Tots includes fun games that develop gross and fine motor skills and a soccer game with plenty of goals scored for all. Each 30-40 minute session follows this format, with games first and a soccer game at the end.

USAI Soccer Tots is a development program geared to two, three, four, and five year olds. The program focuses on academic and real-world learning, body movement and motor skills, social skills, soccer skills, and open parent engagement. The mission states that introducing and engaging children in soccer at a young age contributes to motor skill development, appreciation for physical activity, social interaction, sportsmanship, teamwork, cognitive development, self-confidence, discipline, and having fun.
The leadership team includes USA of Indiana President Thomas Geisse and USA of Indiana Executive Director Matthew Schlake. USA of Indiana Administrators are Pam Suchecki, Carol Banta, Kristin Janeczek, Derek McMullen, and Mariana Mesa. The Board leadership includes Chairman of the Board Rodney Shine, Vice Chairman Rob Jordan, Treasurer Cary Wagner, and Secretary Darren Pearson, along with Directors Jasmin Bankhead, Sally Leyes, Warner Moses, Bilen Mulugeta, and Jon Sturgill.
