Mooresville Family Aquatic Center Swim Lessons are part of a larger set of programs, special events, and swim lessons offered through the Mooresville Family Aquatic Center. The aquatic center has a splash pad that is free from August 3 through Labor Day, and all patrons 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Private pool rentals connected with the aquatic center are available for two-hour blocks from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on designated Saturdays and Sundays during the pool season.
• Schedule: Soft Opening May 16–17; Regular Season May 23–August 2; splash pad is free from August 3–Labor Day; private pool rentals are two hours from 6:30 pm–8:30 pm on designated Saturdays and Sundays during the pool season
• Price: All-day shelter rentals range from $80.00 for Brown Township residents to $135.00 for non-residents; Oak Room rentals start at $50.00 per hour for Brown Township residents and $75.00 per hour for non-residents (4-hour minimum); private pool rentals range from $430–$480 for the main pool and $620–$705 for the entire aquatic center, depending on residency
Mooresville Parks has served its communities’ youth for over 30 years by offering programs, special events, swim lessons, and more, and has partnered with other community organizations to expand services to year-round offerings. The Mooresville Park and Recreation District lists leadership that includes a superintendent, assistant superintendent, maintenance supervisor, office manager, recreation and camp coordinator, and maintenance technician. Its stated mission is to provide and maintain quality parks, facilities, open and natural space, programs, and services that support the physical, social, and emotional well-being of citizens of Mooresville and Brown Township in Indiana. There are volunteer opportunities available to support this mission.
