Korea Taekwondo Academy Martial Art Programs offers Kids Taekwondo, Adult Taekwondo, Family Taekwondo, Gumdo Sword Training, and Sport Taekwondo. Kids Taekwondo includes structured classes for children, and beginners are welcome. Adult Taekwondo has lunch break and evening classes, Family Taekwondo lets families train together, Gumdo Sword Training is for students with a 1st Degree Black Belt, and Sport Taekwondo includes special training opportunities each week.

About the provider

Korea Taekwondo Academy was founded in 1974 by Grandmaster Chul Koo Yoon. The academy says it has provided more than 50 years of continuous martial arts instruction and is led by a dedicated team of internationally certified Black Belts. It also says thousands of students have earned their Black Belts there and that the academy has produced national and international medalists.

No long-term contracts are required. The site says there is a month-to-month membership structure and a 4-week trial. Beginners are welcome in children’s classes, and no previous experience is needed for adults. KTA encourages students to train with purpose and offers discounted family rates and flexible class options.
