Camp Rock is an American Camp Association (ACA) Accredited Day Camp and is a traditional outdoor day-camp. Camp facilities are not handicap accessible. Since 1956, the organization has been dedicated to serving youth in the local community. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington is to empower all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as caring, productive, and responsible citizens. Camp Rock is a proud member of United Way Monroe County and is described as being honored to be a top choice for summer programming for many Monroe County families. Camp Rock also offers Fall and Spring Break programming in partnership with the Lincoln Street Club.
Campers must have an active 2025–2026 Lincoln Street (or Ferguson Crestmont/Ellettsville/Owen County) membership on MyClubHub within one week of registering for Camp Rock sessions via Campwise, or they will be removed from rosters on March 7th, 2026. Remaining payment is due the Friday two weeks before the start of the session, and failure to pay results in removal from the session roster. Families may cancel any session up to the first day of camp without penalty, but deposits are not refundable for any reason, and sessions cancelled after this date (except in emergencies) must be paid in full; families who do not pay for late cancellation weeks in full will not be permitted to attend remaining registered sessions in 2026 or future summers of Camp Rock. Scholarship applications are available through CampMinder starting March 1st and are due March 13th, 2026. For more information, families may contact Camp Rock Director Rachel Dobias-Terrill at [email protected].
