About
STEMKAMP is a summer day camp that offers hands-on, minds-engaged STEM experiences for 3rd through 8th grade students at military-connected schools. The program includes fun, hands-on, immersive activities that connect problem-solving and critical thinking skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) so students can explore a wide range of STEM careers. Through these activities, students gain a better understanding of current STEM careers, develop basic laboratory skills, practice higher-order thinking skills, and gain self-confidence and motivation to continue a path toward a STEM career.
• Ages: 8–13 years old
• Schedule: Day camp sessions offered June 23–27 and July 07–11, from 9 am to 3 pm
