About the provider
Shaun and Julie Wendt lead Wendt's Wildlife Adventure. It opened to the public in 2021 and has provided exotic animal zoos, pig races, and camel rides to events across the eastern United States since 1996. The program is licensed by the Kentucky State Veterinarian Office, Kentucky Fish & Wildlife, and the United States Department of Agriculture, and it has been in compliance with the Animal Welfare Act since 1996. It has also participated in Southern Lights and the Bluegrass Fair.
Open seasonally. Animal food and rides when available are sold separately. Special rates are offered for large groups and events.
