Diana Evans School of Dance

Diana Evans School of Dance offers Terrific Twos for ages 2 to 3, a 45-minute class that introduces ballet and movement with creative and orderly activities. It also offers Ballet and Bop for ages 3 to 5, a one-hour class with ballet, hip hop, and jazz, along with Hip-Hop Tumble Tots for ages 3 to 6, which includes hip-hop dance and tumbling fundamentals such as forward rolls, back bends, and cartwheels.

• Terrific Twos — 2-3 · An introduction to dance for 2 to 3 year olds. 45 min class introducing ballet and movement with creative and orderly activities.
• Ballet and Bop — 3-5 · One-hour class for boys and girls consisting of Ballet, Hip Hop, and Jazz.
• Hip-Hop Tumble Tots — 3-6 · Hip-Hop dance with tumbling fundamentals, including forward rolls, back bends, cartwheels, and acrobatic strengthening, flexibility, and coordination skills.
• Broadway Babies — 3-6 · Dance, sing, and act to songs from Broadway musicals with jazz and tap fundamentals.
• Ballet, Bop, and Tap — 5-7 · Designed for Kindergarten and young 1st grade dancers; includes Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap.
• Combo Class — 6-9 · Primary dancers class focused on Ballet, Tap, and Jazz to prepare for secondary classes.
• Broadway Kids — 6-9 · Dance, sing, and act to songs from Broadway musicals with jazz and tap fundamentals.
• Hip-Hop — 6+ · Commercial dance form based on a loose jazz style with upbeat, high-energy rhythmic combinations. Classes range from 30 to 45 minutes depending on age and skill level.
• Young Boys Class — 6-9 · For boys who prefer to be with just boys; combines Contemporary, Jazz, and Hip-Hop.
• Broadway Stars — 9-11 · Dance, sing, and act to songs from Broadway musicals with jazz and tap fundamentals.
• Ballet and Contemporary — 9+ · Focuses on Ballet technique with Lyrical and Contemporary combinations; designed for the more serious dancer beyond beginner level.
• Jazz, Tap, and Musical Theatre — 9+ · Classic Jazz and Broadway-inspired choreography with Tap skills; designed for the more serious dancer beyond beginner level.
