Gracie Jiu Jitsu of Kentucky offers Spider Monkey’s & Me, a supportive, educational, and fun martial arts class for ages 4-6. It also offers Menions for ages 7-9, with classes focused on personal success, confidence, discipline, and self-defense. Adult Jiu Jitsu is available for ages 13+ and includes adult martial arts and self-defense training.
