Kentucky 4-H Camp includes 4-H Summer Camp and 4-H Camp Events. The 4-H Camp Events are described as fun-filled activities in a supportive outdoor environment.
Programs
- 4-H Summer Camp — 4-H Summer Camp has a different age policy. Camper participants must be at least 9 years old and no older than 14 on the first day of camp. Campers who are 8 years old may attend camp, if they are going into the 4th grade in the next school year. A 15-year-old can attend summer camp to assist teen and adult leaders. 16- and 17-year-olds may attend as teen leaders, while youth 18 and older are recognized as adult leaders.

The mission of Kentucky 4-H Camping is to improve people through intentional life-skill development. The Kentucky 4-H Camp facilities are accredited by the American Camp Association. Kentucky 4-H Youth ages 9-18 are eligible to participate in Kentucky 4-H, while Cloverbud programs serve youth ages 5-8 in participating counties.
Summer Camp is organized by local county extension offices. The cost of the camp session, registration materials, and application deadlines are set by each county extension office.
