Cooking at the Cottage

Cooking at the Cottage offers Kids' Class, Basic Training, Date Night, Demonstration, Hands-On, Partial Hands-On, and Intermediate Training. In Hands-On classes, students work at tables and prepare each recipe under the direction of the chef instructor. In Demonstration classes, the chef prepares each dish step by step while students follow with a recipe packet. Basic Training and Intermediate Training are 6-week, hands-on series where students meet once a week.

Cooking at the Cottage says its classes are meant to be a means of discovering the pleasures of the kitchen. It was the winner of the Best of Louisville's 2011 Critic's Choice Award for classes.

• Merchandise Gift Card — Only good for retail store merchandise. Never expires.

ABC regulations prohibit any outside alcohol from being brought into Cooking at the Cottage.
