KidStrong offers KidStrong Camps for ages 4 to 11 and KidStrong weekly classes for children up to age 11. The weekly classes are led by expert coaches and are 45 minutes long. The notes say the classes are developmentally appropriate, fun, and challenging.

About the provider
KidStrong was founded in 2015. It now has more than 160 locations and serves more than 65,000 kids per week. Its mission statement says it is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, and high-character kids.
No KidStrong membership is required to join KidStrong Camp. Check with your local center for availability. Not all age groups offered at every location. KidStrong classes are reserved for KidStrong members only. Please contact us to reserve your child's spot.
