KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that offers weekly classes and camps. In each 45-minute class, kids take part in science-based fitness games, fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength and agility, and puzzles, games, and mental challenges. Classes take place in clean, modern centers and are led by certified, professional coaches.

KidStrong’s mission is to be a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids. Programming is specially designed by child development experts and guided by a group of experts, child development scientists, and coaches, with a focus on the Whole Child Philosophy and three pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, Strong Mind. The program is parent-focused, and parents have front row seats to see and celebrate their kids’ achievements in class.
KidStrong was founded in 2015 by Matt and Megin Sharp in Lexington, Kentucky, and they partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business. The program has more than 160 locations serving more than 65,000 kids per week and has a proven business model that has generated success for franchisees in markets across the US and Canada. KidStrong celebrated its 100th center opening with franchisee Barb Volk in Plantation, Florida.
All coaches are certified and professional, and coaches are described as specially trained, compassionate leaders. One parent from Rocklin, California, shared that their daughter attends once a week and that they have seen her confidence “skyrocket.” A parent from Noblesville, Indiana, described their son as “super shy and anxious” when he started and said they now “brag” about the program to friends and family. A parent from San Antonio, Texas, noted that their child, who has a speech delay, was initially behind but became motivated in the KidStrong environment and is now putting effort into learning “not just words but cooking, cleaning, you name it.”
