Belmont Soccer Association

Belmont Soccer Association offers an In-Town Program for children who live or attend school in Belmont and want to play on a soccer team without traveling to other towns. It also offers a Travel Program for grades 4 through 12, a BAYS High School Travel Program for students in grades 9 through 12, and a Rogue League for grades 5 through 8 with Saturday pick-up games.

Programs

• In-Town Program — Children interested in playing on a soccer team and not traveling to other towns to compete; children must live or attend school in Belmont; Kindergarten through 2nd Grade; Grades 3 and 4; Grades 5 through 8 (co-ed) · K-1st Grade games on Saturdays; 2nd Grade games on Saturdays; Grades 3 and 4 games on Saturday afternoons; Grades 5 through 8 games on Saturday during the late afternoons
• Travel Program — Grades 4 through 12 (U10 through U14) · All teams play on Saturdays; girls play in the morning and boys in the afternoon; players can expect one or two sessions a week
• BAYS High School Travel Program — Students in grades 9 through 12 · Fall and spring seasons; games are on Sunday afternoons · BSA coordinates Boys and Girls High School Travel teams to compete in the BAYS league. Games last an hour and are in a 7v7 format. Register by September 2, 2026.
• Rogue League — Grades 5 through 8 · Saturday pick-up games · One of BSA’s Saturday pick-up games.

About the provider

Belmont Soccer Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run primarily by volunteers. Its mission is to promote soccer in the community and to help and support other groups, individuals, and organizations who support soccer. The leadership team includes President Mark Healy, Vice President Cara Johnson, Travel Director Davis Roberts, and Town Director Natalie Zahniser-Word.

Children must live or attend school in Belmont for the In-Town Program. The fall K-2 season runs from mid-September through October. The Town League season runs from early September through October. The travel program is offered to children in grades 4 through 12. Spring season players who do not participate in the following fall or spring tryouts will not be placed on a Division 1 or 2 team; team placement will be based on previous coaches' input, if available.
