YMCA of Greater Boston Youth Sports and Swim Lessons includes activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, baseball, pickleball, and adult pickleball. The program also offers youth swim lessons, water fitness, group exercise, HIIT, Zumba, yoga, Barre, and Pilates. Youth swim lessons for ages 6–12 are guided by trained instructors and follow six swimming stages that focus on skills such as floating, stroke development, and endurance.
