CAPIC After School and City-Wide Summer Camp Programs include after-school services for area youth and a City-Wide Summer Camp Program. Community Action Programs Inter-City Inc. (CAPIC) was chartered in 1967. The mission of CAPIC is achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. CAPIC serves the communities of Chelsea, Revere, and Winthrop and serves a diverse and multi-cultural population throughout its CSBG designated service area. CAPIC administers comprehensive Head Start services for local area low-income children and families, as well as After-School services for area youth and a City-Wide Summer Camp Program. The leadership team includes Richelle Cromwell, Executive Director; Kerry Wolfgang, Director of Planning, Development, & Operations; and Dolores Benoit, Director of Human Resources.
