Chelsea Recreation Summer Camp

The City of Chelsea states that it utilizes resident boards, commissions, and committees to aid the process of effective, responsible, and efficient government by channeling the resources of expertise available in the community to complement the judgment of the council and professional staff, providing more available forums for dialogue, and broadening the base of resident participation in the processes of self-government.
