Danvers Community YMCA Youth Programs include swim lessons, youth sports, summer camp, and child care. The program also offers fitness classes, personal training, water exercise, and pickleball. Families can take part in volunteer opportunities connected to these youth programs.

The organization is involved in programs and events such as Nationwide Membership, a Middle School Youth Center, Schools Out Kids Club, Boxford Early Release, Steward Fun Club, an Annual Online Auction, Healthy Kids Day, a Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program, Beginners Pickleball Clinics in a 2-week session with 4 classes, February Vacation at the Y, Kids’ Night Out, Teen Night & Pizza, Homeschool P.E.-Action, a Toddler Room, a Child Care Center, and Preschool & School Age programs, as well as a Capital Campaign, Community Recognition, and volunteer opportunities. The Y states that it helps individuals in Danvers, Boxford, Middleton, Topsfield and surrounding communities learn, grow and thrive. Salem Five Charitable Foundation supports Danvers YMCA programs and activities and has presented a $10,000 check to the Danvers YMCA. The Y also offers a Polar Express event at the Cabot Theater with door prizes, games, and Santa.
