Boys & Girls Club of Webster - Dudley offers after school activities that include health and fitness, arts and crafts, and STEAM projects. The program includes media making such as photography and use of a YouTube studio, as well as MyFuture and STEM – Our Bright Future activities. Youth can also take part in sport leagues and clinics, including a basketball program, flag football, and floor hockey, and the club recognizes participants through Youth of the Year and Members of the Month.

The club states that it is a safe, affordable place for the youth of the community during critical out-of-school time. The program offers a wide variety of programs to provide academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Its core beliefs include hope and opportunity for all young people, the importance of fun and a happy, joyful childhood, the transformational power of ongoing relationships with caring adults, the idea that kids can be great with encouragement and high expectations, and that service rewards both those who give and those who receive. The club uses the phrase “Great Futures Start Here!” to describe its focus.
