Roots Learning Center

Roots Learning Center offers Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. The program uses a curriculum and staff approach that responds to the individual differences, strengths, and interests of each child. Children are given developmentally appropriate activities, and staff guide, role model, and support children through the process of learning.

Roots Learning Center states that each child is an individual and must be allowed to grow and learn at their own rate, and that its curriculum and staff are responsive to these individual needs. The program states that it strives to provide a safe, secure, and caring environment that supports each child's growing independence and positive self-image. It also states that it promotes children's social development by encouraging them to share, take turns, and play well with others. The program uses the phrase “Planting the seeds for healthy bodies and minds” to describe its focus.
