MetroRock Everett Youth Programs include indoor rock climbing with options for beginner and advanced climbing, as well as group climbing events and overnights that are sleepovers in the climbing gym. The program also offers birthday parties and yoga classes, including Strength & Flow, Flow & Restore, and Power Flow sessions. Recreational and competitive youth teams are available as part of the broader programs for different climbing levels.
• Schedule: The facility is open Monday–Friday from 10:00AM–10:00PM and Saturday–Sunday from 9:00AM–8:00PM, with members-only hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30AM–10:00AM.

The leadership team includes General Manager Karen Hinata, Camp & Events Manager Billy Fava, Head Coach Kevin Donovan, Head Setter Alex Mitsopoulos, Head of Maintenance Joe Hamilton, Assistant Manager Marco Garofalo, and staff in operations, marketing, retail, routesetting, and coaching. The mission and vision focus on respect, education, advancement, community, and health, with core values of People, Planet, and Progress. The program states that it embraces differences, supports the communities it lives in, and promotes sustainable practices and protection of access to climbing spaces indoors and outdoors.
