Chair City Soccer Club offers spring soccer programs, fall soccer programs, and a Fall Rec League as a local recreational program. The club also runs special Soccerween games where players, coaches, and referees are invited to dress up in Halloween costumes. All Rec League games are played on a turf field.

• Schedule: Spring competitive season runs from April to June, and fall competitive season runs from September through November, with all games played on Saturday mornings
Chair City Soccer Club provides spring and fall soccer programs for the communities of Gardner, Templeton, Baldwinville, and Phillipston. The club offers teams for both girls and boys from third grade through eighth grade, along with a Fall Rec League and local non-travel recreational program for younger players ages 4–8 and for players older than four years old. The club’s mission is to develop its players by educating and developing coaches, using a standardized training curriculum, and promoting a fun and safe environment for young athletes. Chair City Soccer Club states a vision to be one of the best soccer clubs in the area and a role model for other clubs by setting the standard for developing players and teaching all aspects of the game, and it lists its values as Respect, Teamwork, Attitude, Effort, and Leadership. The leadership team includes President Josh Cormier, Vice President Dan Forte, Director of Player Development Pete Gamache, Registrar and Risk Manager Erin Gamache, Treasurer Christopher Lottig, Secretary Jess Flaherty, and Directors At-Large Kierra Casey, Matt Francis, and Mike Reppucci.
