Grotonwood Camp & Conference Center

Grotonwood Camp & Conference Center offers Day Camp for kids ages 5-12. The camp runs weekly in the summer, with drop off from 8:30-9:00am and pick up from 4:45-5:15pm each day. A hot kid-friendly lunch and afternoon snack are included, and the kitchen is nut free and caters to most dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, and gluten free.

About the provider

Grotonwood says it has been serving since 1956. It describes itself as "a resource to ALL God’s people, encouraging spiritual growth (and adventure!) in the tranquility of our natural environment." It is an award winning Christian camp and conference center, licensed by the Groton Board of Health, and it complies with Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations (105 CMR 430,000). Through summer camp and retreat hosting, it has been ministering to children, adults with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities, families, church communities, and not for profit organizations.

All sessions are co-ed. The staff to camper ratio is 1:5 for kids age 5-7 and 1:10 for kids age 8-12. A hot kid-friendly lunch and afternoon snack are included. The kitchen is nut free and caters to most dietary restrictions and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, lactose and gluten free. Balances and camp paperwork are due June 1. Late fees apply.
