McKeon Dance & Gymnastics Center offers dance classes and gymnastics classes, including both Recreational Dance classes and Competitive Dance classes. Students can take specific dance styles such as Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, and Contemporary, as well as Recreational Gymnastics, Competitive Gymnastics, and Cheer Tumbling.

McKeon Dance & Gymnastics Center’s mission is to create a high standard of excellence in the dance and gymnastics community. The program offers dance and gymnastics classes to students from Hopedale, Milford, Uxbridge, Mendon, Upton, Northbridge, Whitinsville, Blackstone, Bellingham, and the Blackstone Valley region. Founded in 1971, the McKeon School was one of the first schools in Massachusetts to start a gymnastics program in their facility, and it has over 83 years of award-winning dance and gym instruction. MDG’s gymnastics program is coached by USAG safety-certified professionals, and McKeon is a member in good standing of USA Gymnastics, as well as a Readers' Choice award winner.
The program states a history of excellence and a long-term commitment to exceeding its own standards and the standards of those who choose to be part of the McKeon family. It describes its teaching philosophy as centered on instilling a passion for dance and gymnastics while building self-esteem and confidence in every child. The program cites highly qualified and experienced dance and gymnastics instructors who share their passion and expertise, along with a commitment to teaching and embracing the values of how discipline and hard work build strong dancers and gymnasts. McKeon also states a belief that encouragement and positive reinforcement are essential for growth and development of students and describes an environment where all students can reach their personal best. All students have the opportunity to showcase their skills in an annual recital.
