Orchard Hills Youth Programs and Camps offers activities that include tennis, basketball, pickleball, swimming, fitness and group exercise, as well as school vacation camps and summer camps. Orchard Hills Youth Programs and Camps are part of Orchard Hills Athletic Club, which has been established for over 35 years. Group fitness classes are taught by professionally trained and certified instructors, and ages 16 and up may participate in these group fitness classes. Orchard Hills is a LesMills host facility and offers a wide array of group fitness classes in a fun and comfortable environment, with classes designed for participants of all abilities. Cycling classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity race days, and recovery using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. Aqua fitness uses the natural resistance of the water to work on strength, conditioning, and flexibility, is designed for all levels of fitness and age groups, and does not require swimming ability. Orchard Hills Bootcamp is a 30–45 minute, fast-paced class that combines cardiovascular, weight, and functional training in a small group atmosphere. Orchard Hills describes itself as a community where everyone can thrive.
