Afterschool Programs include nourishing snack, free play indoors and outdoors, rest or quiet time, story, seasonal crafts, and time for homework or music lessons at the school. For grades 5 and 6, the program also includes sports and clubs.

- Afterschool Programs — nursery and kindergarten; grades 1-6 · Grades 1-5: Thursday 12:30-3:00 p.m.; Grades 1-6: Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00 p.m.; early childhood aftercare until 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. · Aftercare/Extended Day program registration; flexible enrollment for 1 to 5 afternoons; drop-in attendance available to enrolled students or all students in grades 1-6, space permitting.

About the provider
Founded in 1971, the Waldorf School of Lexington says it nurtures each child’s curiosity, ingenuity, and love of learning so that they can meet the future with wonder, confidence, and resilience.
Registration operates on a full year basis. After the start of school, registration is prorated from the date of enrollment. Families may terminate afterschool enrollment at any time. A $50 change fee is assessed for all program changes. Refunds: prior to July 1, 100%; prior to September 1, 70%; prior to January 1, 40%; after January 1, no refunds.
