Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center Programs & Activities

Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center Programs & Activities offers middle school and high school programs, including leadership groups and a 5th Grade program. Activities take place in spaces such as a regulation gymnasium, game room, rock climbing wall, weight room, kitchen, lounge, multipurpose room, computer room, and outdoor basketball court, along with outside gathering areas.

• Ages: 10–18 years old
• Schedule: Middle school programs run Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., with high school programs such as leadership groups held in the evenings Monday through Thursday; on Half Day Wednesdays, the center opens at 11:30 a.m., and when in season, the 5th Grade program runs from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

The Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center, Inc. was founded in 1993, and the youth center opened in the summer of 2000. A partnership between the Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center Board, North Andover Youth and Recreation Services, and town officials has worked with ongoing support from the community. On the last Friday of each month, anything in the Youth Center's Lost and Found is donated.
