Darin Fabrizio is listed as Camp Director and Owner. The camp is celebrating 88 years as Massachusetts Premier Kids Summer Camp, and Arnie Gerson said his parents, Sam and Anne Gerson, purchased Bournedale in 1939. Staff members include sports instructors, coaches, health care professionals, graduates, and students from leading colleges and universities, and each staff member goes through an intensive interview process, a thorough background check with State and Federal Agencies, and an extensive orientation process.

A safe environment is paramount. Waterfront staff are lifeguard certified and exceed safety expectations when driving boats for tubing and waterskiing. Day campers can choose classes and activities; there is ample free play. All areas are supervised by counselors during class time and free time. Little Guppies must be fully potty trained. Only one discount will apply per family. Campers must be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival. Campers must be paid in full 1 week prior to arrival.
