Our Bright Future Inc. offers activities that include the Future Fits Apparel club, a Robotics program, a 3D Printing design program, fresh food redistribution and delivery, and the STEMing Into Sports Summer Program. In the Future Fits Apparel club, participants use the BAi embroidery machine and Cricut machines to design and create personalized t-shirts, sweatshirts, crewnecks, and bags, and they take part in order fulfillment, customer service, digital marketing, and graphic design using tools like Canva. Other activities at Our Bright Future Inc. include building robots, programming, arts, sports, production, editing, music, and banking.

Our Bright Future Inc. was founded in 2016 by Kwasi Acheampong, who was born in Ghana, West Africa. The leadership team includes founder Kwasi Acheampong and Curriculum Writer/ Robotics instructor Chuck O’Coin. The organization describes itself as primarily a youth development organization that focuses on providing proper resources to empower upcoming generations, and it states that core values such as education, empowerment, discipline, leadership, diversity, and respect are incorporated into daily programs. Our Bright Future Inc. also states that it provides the opportunity and resources for students to explore their curiosities and their ideas in real time, and that Acheampong created the program to help children step off the cycle of generational poverty.

Community involvement includes the 7th Annual Turkey Drive presented by Our Bright Future and the Webster Police Department in Massachusetts, with Starkweather and Shepley sponsoring 100 turkeys in one year, as well as fresh food redistribution and delivery for those in need and the annual Our Bright Future Inc Turkey Drive. The organization also holds a 3rd annual Student Awards event with a spaghetti dinner. Parent testimonials describe children building robots, programming, and taking part in arts, sports, production, editing, music, and banking, and they describe children feeling excitement and eagerness to attend the camp and looking forward to returning in future years.
