About
Sterling Gym Summer Programs include activities such as gymnastics, ninja obstacles, trampolines, foam pits, water play, talent shows, games, outside play, a water slide, pool time, arts and crafts, story time, dance, martial arts, board breaking, karate games, team building challenges, community art projects, carnivals, wild and wacky games, magician visits, open play, warm ups, and use of indoor activity areas. Every week of Summer Camp includes ninja obstacles, trampolines, foam pits, and water play. Summer Camp operates on a weekly basis with themes that vary weekly, and each week has either a special guest or a special activity for campers.
• Ages: 4–17 years old
• Schedule: Weekly Summer Camp runs from June 22 to August 14, available all 8 weeks, with 5-day, 4-day (week 2 only), and 3-day (Monday–Wednesday) options; camp days run 9:00 am–3:00 pm with drop-off between 8:45–9:00 am and pick-up between 2:45–3:00 pm; optional sitting service is available from 7:30–9:00 am, 3:00–5:00 pm, or 7:30 am–5:00 pm
• Price: 5-day camps (including Summer Camp, Pre-school Camp, Dance Camp, and Sterling Martial Arts Camp) are $415 per week; 3-day camps are $250 per week; week 2 four-day camp is $330 per week; sitting service is $20 per day for morning or afternoon only and $40 per day for both (combo $120 for a 3-day week or $175 for a 5-day week); a non-refundable deposit of $100 per child per week is required; a $40 late fee applies to camp payments received less than 2 weeks before the scheduled week; all fees and deposits are non-refundable.
Sterling Gym Summer Programs include a Summer Camp with a camper-to-counselor ratio of 10:1 and a Pre-School Camp with a ratio of 6:1. Children must be at least 4 years of age to attend the Pre-School Camp or at least 5½ years of age to attend the Summer Camp. All campers require immunization records from their doctor in order to participate, and all participants must submit immunization and medical records prior to attendance. Any children with peanut or other serious allergies must inform Sterling Gym of any allergies before participating in any Sterling Gym programs. All camp participants are required to have a credit card on file upon enrolling in any Summer programs, all 2026 Summer program applications are completed online, and all fees and deposits for Summer programs and camps are non-refundable. Sterling Gym is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, and no pets are allowed inside the facility except assistive dogs. Sterling Gym will be closed July 3 due to the 4th of July holiday.
Campers are expected to wear appropriate clothing with no baggy clothing, jewelry, pockets, zippers, belts, or buckles. Each child should bring a bag lunch, a morning snack if desired (with fruit strongly suggested), and a water bottle. Children should also bring slip-on shoes for outside play, swimsuits, sunscreen, and towels, and all campers should bring a healthy snack and lunch along with the required attire.

Sterling Gym describes itself as “Family-Owned and Kid-Approved since 1992.” The mission of the Sterling Academy of Gymnastics is to bring quality instruction to all programs that focuses on stimulating young minds and developing body awareness in a safe, fun, learning environment, with an emphasis on proper progressions and basics and taking the time to learn basic skills correctly and safely before advancing to higher level skills.
