Central Mass Athletics

Central Mass Athletics offers all-star cheer teams, recreational cheer teams, Senior Elite Travel Teams, Junior Elite Limited Travel Teams, Full Year Prep Teams, Novice Teams, Half Year Prep, and Exhibition Teams. It also offers tumbling classes, including Tot Open Play, Beginner Back Walkover, Advanced Back Walkover, Beginner Basics, Beginner Back Handsprings, and Standing Tucks. Tumbling classes are listed on Tuesdays at 5:00-5:30, 5:30-6:15, 5:45-6:30, and 6:30-7:15.

• Full Year Prep Teams — 8-14 · Compete at local competitions only. Practice 1 day per week through the summer and 2 days per week starting in the fall. Season runs June through March.
• Novice Teams — 5-12 · Compete at local one day competitions only. Practice 1 day per week starting in the fall. Season runs September through March.
• Half Year Prep — 6-17 · Compete at local one day competitions only. Practice 1-2 days per week through the Winter. Season runs December through April.
• Exhibition Teams — 3-12 · Perform at 2 local exhibitions. Season runs September through March.
• Tot Open Play — Tuesdays 5:00-5:30
• Beginner Back Walkover — Tuesdays 5:30-6:15 · Required skill: fall to bridge.
• Advanced Back Walkover — Tuesdays 5:30-6:15 · Required skill: back walkover.
