Cape Cod Gymnastics offers themed parties, birthday parties, open gym times, Parents Night Out events, February Break Mini Flips, and both private and semi-private lessons. The program uses a world class, state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned gym with 10,000 square feet of air conditioned space for these activities. Birthday parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ages: 3–15 years old
• Schedule: OPEN for MLK Day; Parents Night Out on Friday 1/24; February Break Mini Flips registration is open; Session 4 enrollment is open and begins 2/2; closed for February Break with no classes that week; birthday parties are on Saturdays and Sundays; registration for the 2025–2026 season begins August 1st.
At Cape Cod Gymnastics, the stated mission is that every child is a champion. The girls USAG team is described as one of the most competitive and successful teams in Massachusetts.
